The complexity of pain means that there’s usually no one single thing or answer than can solve one’s issues with pain, but exercise can serve extremely well as a means of staying healthy, reducing other adverse consequences of inactivity and maintaining a positive association with movement. All of these things together can significantly help one navigate the tricky waters of the pain experience, particularly chronic pain syndromes.
