CSEP Private Strength Coaching and Fitness Services are aimed at enhancing one’s health and fitness on a more global sense, whether that be for improved general health aims, or for more specified fitness and performance related goals. The primary purpose of the private health and fitness sessions was about capitalizing on the overlap from clinical exercise treatments into exercise and training for more general health and fitness.
